Cream Dory in Oyster Sauce

Cream Dory is a tasteless fish. I think so. But if paired with oyster, ginger, celery and scallions. Uhmmmm....... Extra rice please!

What you will need:

1 kg Vietnamese or Saranggani Cream Dory
2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
Ginger (Julienne)
Scallions (Roughly Chopped)
Celery (Finely chopped)
1/2 cup of water
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp. Olive oil
Garlic
Onion
Steamer

What you will do:

1. Wash and cut the fish in bite sized pieces or whichever you prefer. Season with salt. Steam for 5-8 minutes or until cooked. Set aside.
2. In a wok, sautee garlic, ginger and onions. Add water, oyster sauce and celery. Season with salt & pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes. Then add the fish. Bring to a boil and add the scallions. Turn off the heat.
3. Serve with steamed white rice.
