There comes a time when you are already fed up of eating pork and steaks and you just need to eat a healthy and refreshing meal. Chicken Misono is a hearty and healthy meal that is easy to cook and will just last on your plate for about 5 minutes. (No kidding, if you eat like a "kargador" like me.)

350 gms. Beansprouts
garlic (minced)

1 medium sized carrot (julienned)
1 tbsp. Butter
1/2 cup chicken stock or water
salt
pepper
fried garlic
What you will do:
1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken in Kikkoman soy sauce, lemon juice, salt & pepper for about 30 minutes. Set aside.
2. In a wok, sautee the garlic, onion, tomato and carrots. Stir for two minutes. Add the beansprout. Stir occassionally for about a minute. Transfer to a plate. Set aside.
3. In the same wok, add olive oil and fry the chicken until it has browned. Add the chicken marinate and chicken stock. Place the heat on high. Once the sauce has thickened, add the vegetables. Stir for two minutes. Add the butter. Remove from heat.
